This depends on your goal, in one goal some supplements have no added value and I will not recommend it, in other processes it is a must to achieve a goal in a healthy way. This depends on many factors, it is always your choice whether you follow the advice. However, it is very important for Cezar to know whether or not you adhere to the advice, this affects the result but also your health which is the most important thing. Experience shows that not everyone has the financial means to purchase all supplements.
